Do I still need a web account?
Yes — the desktop app signs in with the same MindMillers account you use in the browser. There's nothing extra to set up: install the app, sign in once, and you're done.
Is the app free?
The app is free for every active member. It's a native shell around the platform you already use — no separate subscription, no upsell.
How do updates work?
The app checks for updates in the background and applies them on your next launch — no nag screens, no surprise restarts. You can also force an update from the in-app settings.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Absolutely — sign in to the desktop app on as many machines as you like. Messages, ideas and bookings stay in sync.
What about mobile?
iOS and Android apps are in active development — we'll list them on this page the moment they ship. In the meantime, the mobile web works great on any modern phone.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the Ask Milo button (top right on every page) or send feedback from inside the desktop app. Every report lands in the same triage queue.
How do I uninstall?
On Windows: Settings → Apps → Installed apps → MindMillers → Uninstall. On macOS: drag MindMillers from Applications into the Trash. Your account and data are untouched — you can keep using the web version or reinstall any time.
